The six core unit modules you will learn on the CIPD Level 5 Diploma in Organisational Learning & Development are:

  • Unit 4: Support Self-Directed and Social Learning - Study steps organisations take to encourage learning and how digital innovations encourage self-direct learning
  • Unit 5: Learning and Development Design to Create Value - Evaluate what needs to be considered when designing learning and development
  • Unit 6: Facilitate Personalised and Performance-Focused Learning - how to develop personalised learning outcomes and support the needs of learners

Study method describes the format in which the course will be delivered. An endorsed course is a skills based course which has been checked over and approved by an independent awarding body.
